Full Job Description

Lunchbox enables restaurants to deliver the best digital ordering experiences to their customers by creating powerful omnichannel systems and simplifying the solution–all while building on a growth marketing platform that empowers restaurants to grow their sales and move guests away from third-party marketplaces.

As a Customer Success Partner, you will be at the forefront of our restaurant relationships on behalf of Lunchbox.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer retention and create a foundation for significant account growth
  • Develop, implement, and manage successful customer account strategies across assigned accounts
  • Advance product adoption, product utilization, and customer satisfaction/sentiment
  • Foster key relationships with the customer at the manager level, ensuring that open and honest customer feedback is received
  • Ensure that the platform drives the expected value and return on investment agreed upon with the customer
  • Maintain a continual vigilance of the customer’s device roadmap and customer success programs
  • Communicate and gain acceptance for product enhancements and product roadmap items across the portfolio of assigned customers
  • Serve as the voice of the customer for future product enhancements
  • Evaluate and provide customer recommendations, business cases, and proposals for program enhancements based on data analysis
  • Manage the sales process for additional product opportunities
  • Manage the development and acceptance of assigned customer statements of work
  • Represent the business with the highest integrity and professionalism at all times
You Must Have:
  • A minimum of 3 years in selling products or managing large customer relationships
  • Live in the New York metropolitan area due to its proximity to the clients this position will be managing
  • Proven experience communicating with executive, director, and manager customer levels
  • The ability to thrive within a team-oriented, problem-solving environment
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and able to develop analytical reporting
  • The ability to travel up to 40% (post-COVID)
We’d Love If You Have:
  • Knowledge of the restaurant space
  • Existing rapport with restaurant decision-makers
  • Wireless operator experience
  • Experience with various POS systems (e.g. Toast, Square, Revel)
  • Knowledge of configuring CRM tools for client management
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce, or JIRA

  • Lunchbox was founded in February 2019 by restaurateurs who grew tired of the exhaustive and fractured solution of omnichannel digital ordering. Nabeel Alamgir, former CMO of the NYC-based Bareburger, took his extensive experience of working in restaurant marketing and technology to help build the perfect solution. Partnering with longtime friend Andrew Boryk (Co-founder and CTO), the two assembled a team that became the backbone of Lunchbox. Since first launching with Bareburger’s Web & App, Lunchbox has raised $2M in seed funding and has gone on to sign 250+ high-profile restaurant groups like Bareburger, Fuku, Sticky’s Finger Joint, Westville NYC and so many more.
