Business Operations makes sure Lunchbox runs smoothly day-to-day, connecting teams and disciplines to keep things moving (and growing and generally revolutionizing what food tech means).
In each aspect of the employee experience, starting with the very first interview, People Operations and Talent Acquisition prioritizes empathy and wellbeing so that everyone at Lunchbox is set up to be their most successful selves.
Our Marketing and Design team works with clients to launch and activate Lunchbox’s platform, using industry knowledge, best-practice insights, and design that blows the competition away.

We like to start by talking shop, which means your first conversation will probably be with someone on the talent team but could be with the team that’s hiring. After that, you’ll go through a number of rounds with people in different roles, your peers, and leadership so we can get to know each other better. The timeline for hiring varies, depending on the role and the number of applicants. If you’ve applied, but haven’t heard from us, we’re only able to follow up with candidates we’d like to move forward with in the interview process due to the large volume of applicants.
Technically we’re based in NYC, but we’re a remote-ish company at heart, meaning we centralize our team around a select number of states. Why? So employees aren’t totally dispersed and able to connect to other Lunchboxers in their region.
