We want that first experience to feel seamless and personal—so they come back directly to us next time.
Q: What role does technology play in your guest experience? Kevin: We don’t use tech to replace the guest relationship—we use it to enhance it. Our systems are there to remove friction so our people can be present. Whether it’s a catering lead form or a confirmation call, we want every moment to feel thoughtful and human. Q: What advice would you give to brands trying to grow off-premise revenue? Kevin: Start with your team. Make sure they understand the ‘why’ behind catering and give them tools that help them succeed. Then, think about the experience. Would you book your own catering? If not, fix it. Simplicity wins, always.
