In addition, the product features built-in delivery support with popular providers such as Postmates, DoorDash, and UberEats. The Lunchbox algorithm automatically selects the best delivery provider based on the lowest delivery fee and the promised delivery time - streamlining operations and minimizing labor costs.

Since launching with Order Aggregation, Torchy’s has experienced a remarkable 15% year over year growth in orders per location, much attributed to the product’s ability to optimize delivery options and increase the frequency of orders.

Unique Menu Pricing

With Lunchbox, Torchy's has the flexibility to configure unique prices across multiple menus, without affecting other platforms. The product allows for granular changes to menu items, enabling Torchy's to adjust prices down to the dollar amount, percentage mark-up per category, item, per marketplace, or per store.
