Sticky’s Finger Joint first opened in 2012 to help spread the love of all things chicken fingers. With a focus towards out-of-the-box offerings, Sticky’s has become synonymous with delicious and creative food, from a wide range of homemade dipping sauces to dressed up chicken that covers cuisines from all around the world. Since opening their first shop in Murray Hill, NYC they have grown to 10 locations across the New York and New Jersey area and continue to spread the love of chicken fingers.

Sticky’s came to Lunchbox looking to upgrade their current web and catering ordering systems and to create an experience that better represented who their evolving brand is. With their previous system, the ordering flow felt undefined and customers had to work harder to order. On top of creating a more seamless ordering path, Sticky’s needed to a catering system that worked alongside their web ordering and allowed their restaurants to easily manage the orders.

Branded Experiences Built Right

With the improved simplified ordering flow, Sticky’s was able to nearly double their digital web sales within the first month of working with Lunchbox. To build upon the easier ordering system and create repeat sales Sticky’s utilized the powerful marketing tools of Lunchbox to design drip campaigns that strategically target customers at pivotal points in the churn cycle. By doing so, Sticky’s was able to turn passive customers into repeat ones and recapture lost customers that had not reordered in a while.

Sticky’s was able to nearly double their digital web sales within the first month of working with Lunchbox.

Catering is one of the largest growing verticals in the restaurant industry, and Sticky’s needed a system that was able to scale with their growth and allowed their restaurants to efficiently fulfill orders. Through the Lunchbox catering platform customers were able to order in the same order flow as they would a regular order, creating a frictionless experience converting more site visitors into customers. The ease of use and the restaurant operations-minded catering system has given the tools to Sticky’s to create a thriving new vertical.
